Mr. Ning joined Legend in 1991 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Legend Holdings Corporation. Mr. Ning had been a Member of the Executive Committee and CFO of Legend Holdings for many years. He was in full charge of the finance and funds, risk control and auditing, capital market as well as public relations, and oversaw the financial investment business. He has played an important role in formulating the corporate strategy, business development, and organization construction. Mr. Ning is the Chairman of Legend Star, and a director of Legend Capital, Hony Capital, EAL, Joyvio Group, and Levima Advanced Materials. He has served as Assistant to the President, Assistant President & Secretary of the Board, Vice President, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Director. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Renmin University of China.

Mr. Wang is the President/Managing Partner of Legend Star. He also serves as Chairman of Legend Star Union, an entrepreneurial community that Legend Star has initiated. He is fully responsible for the firm’s investment, incubation and the overall operation. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital field and was previously senior Vice President of Zero2IPO Group and the founder of Jiufan Investment company. Since joining Legend Star in 2010, he has played a key role in shaping the investment strategy with a focus on cutting-edge technology, healthcare and TMT. Nowadays, many high performers are seen in Legend Star’s portfolio including Face++, AiSpeech, Burning Rock（NASDAQ: BNR）, Kintor Pharmaceutical（9939.HK）, to name a few. His investment in iDreamSky has made a hit that got listed on NASDAQ after only three years of angel investment, generating a nearly 100-fold return. Under his leadership, Legend Star has ranked among the top early stage investment firms in China since 2014. For his achievements, Mr. Wang has been continuously recognized as one of the "Top 10 Early Stage Investors in China" by Zero2IPO and ChinaVenture, and as one of the "Top 30 Most Influential Investors in China" by Fortune in 2014 and 2018. Mr. Wang holds an international MBA degree from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Lu joined Legend Star as a partner responsible for establishing its angel investment business at the end of 2009. Currently, he is responsible for investments in healthcare, particularly in fields of innovative digital medical services and devices/consumables. The investments he has led include Kintor (9939.HK), PEGBIO, MNCHIP, and Deepwise. He has over 20 years of venture capital investment experience. Mr. Lu holds an MBA degree from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.

Mr. Gao joined Legend Star in 2016 and was promoted to be partner in January 2019 and a member of the Investment Committee in December 2020. He is currently responsible for the investment of cutting-edge technologies, focusing on AI, robotics, autonomous driving, and optoelectronic chips, among others. Early-stage investments of cutting-edge technology led by him include HAI ROBOTICS, CiDi, Certik， Pony.ai, MYSEC, TuringQ, ADAPS PHOTONICS, AgileX Robotics, Enjoy Move, and Edrive space. He has nearly 15 years of Hi-tech investment experience in the primary market. Prior to Legend Star, he had various experiences in overseas investment banks, PE funds, and the strategic investment department of listed companies. He was awarded by PEdaily.cn " F40 Young Investors " in 2021 and 2022, and by 36 Kr "36 Great Investors under the Age of 36" in 2019 and 2021, and by Jazzyear "China's Most Insightful Technology Investor in 2019". Mr. Gao graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a bachelor's degree and Columbia University with a master's degree.

Mr. Wang joined Legend Star in 2016 and was promoted to be a partner in January 2022. He has 15 years of healthcare experience, including 10 years of healthcare venture capital experience and 5 years serving Fortune 500 medical device company. After joining Legend Star, he focuse on how unmet medical needs can be empowered by new technologies or models that keep emerging, such as AI, robotics, synthetic biology, the revolution of manufacturing processes for medical empowerment and promoting the emergence of new categories to drive the progress of the value of pharmaceutical economics. He led the projects include Unionstrongtech, EdgeMedical Robotics, HuiHe healthcare, Changmugu, DeepWise, Ehomepoct, Health Plus, Subtle medical, etc. Mr. Wang graduated from the School of Pharmacy of Tianjin University and the IMBA Program of Tsinghua University-Sloan School of Business.
